Twenty Boy Summer Review

"Nothing ever really goes away - it just turns turns into something else. Something beautiful. "

I'm sorry for my long absence but in that span of time that I was gone, I've been reading books and watching  a lot of movies so I have tons of reviews in store for you! College requirements have kept me busy but I'm pretty sure I'm done and good to go.

So anyway, about this book. After too much dystopian stories, I was looking for a plot that was somewhat normal or ordinary. When I came across this book I felt like it was perfect for a summer read so I got started right away.

Twenty Boy Summer is about a trio of friends. Anna, Frankie and Matt. Frankie and Matt happen to be brother and sister. Anna and Matt have a secret hidden from Frankie that could potentially ruin their friendship so Matt convinces Anna keep it to herself until he can find the right time to tell Frankie. However, one faithful day Matt dies of a broken heart. A year after, Frankie and Anna strive to get by without letting Matt's passing swallow them. Frankie's parents think that a trip to Zanzibar bay could change them all. And that it did.

All to soon, Frankie and Anna are meeting all these guys. Frankie is all up for all the innocent flirting but Anna tries to keep to herself and her feelings for Matt but she suddenly finds herself falling for Sam. A guy equally as kind and loving as her.

This book is definitely a good read!
